What is Reiki?

Reiki is an ancient Japanese practice that helps restore inner balance, vitality, and emotional harmony. The word itself comes from Rei (universal spirit) and Ki (life energy). Reiki is the universal life force that flows through all living beings.

Through gentle palm placements, breath, and mindful presence, Reiki offers a subtle, nurturing space to let go of tension and return to wholeness. It is not a religion or a massage — it is a compassionate, intuitive method of healing accessible to all.

Who can learn Reiki?
Anyone. Reiki is the art of becoming a channel for light and calm — a skill that can be practiced for oneself or shared with others.

By request, we can also host a festive Odessa-style evening with homemade forshmak, aubergine caviar, Aunt Olya’s chicken necks, and a sip of lemoncello under the stars.
