Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to all bookings and payments made through www.villasantarosa.com for accommodation, events, retreats, and experiences hosted by Villa Santa Rosa SL (CIF: B01926245), located at Avinguda Marcos Redondo 7, 17406 Viladrau, Girona, Spain.
1. Villa Rental Bookings
Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the reservation.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon check-in unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation:
If cancelled more than 14 days before check-in, the deposit is retained but you may apply it to a future booking within 12 months.
If cancelled within 14 days of check-in, the deposit is forfeited and cannot be transferred.
No-show: Full amount is charged, no refund applicable.
2. Event & Retreat Reservations (e.g. Witches’ Ball, Reiki Retreat, Lavender & Fire)
Payment: 100% upfront payment is required to secure your spot.
Cancellation:
Cancellations made up to 14 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund or 100% credit toward a future event.
Cancellations less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable.
Transfer: You may transfer your reservation to another participant by notifying us at info@villasantarosa.com.
3. Private Experiences (e.g. Wine Casino, Cooking Masterclass)
Booking Confirmation: Experiences must be booked in advance and are confirmed upon full payment.
Cancellation:
Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance are eligible for a full refund or credit.
Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.
4. Force Majeure
Villa Santa Rosa reserves the right to cancel any booking or event due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. extreme weather, illness of facilitator, government regulations). In such cases, guests will receive a full refund or be offered to reschedule.
5. How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be made in writing by emailing info@villasantarosa.com with your booking details and reason for cancellation.
