I fell in love with the house even before arriving — from the moment I learned it was being restored. I truly love when a home is given a second life, when it’s seen in a new way.

2. The main reason to return?

At first — pure curiosity, to see everything and how it was reimagined. But once you stay, you feel such peace and comfort. The house has very special energy.

3. What argument would you use to recommend the villa?

Rest and reset. A place to quiet your mind, recharge, and spend time in the workshop with Tanya — cleaning chandeliers, mirrors, or anything at all, just to be there. As Oksana said — with a cup of coffee ☺️. A second life for the villa. A place of feminine power!

Because of the complete sense of disconnection — silence, nature, and a slow rhythm. This is a place where your mind truly rests and you simply enjoy being inside the house.

I would recommend it to those who love homes with history and character, but also value comfort and aesthetics. Often rural houses feel outdated, but here everything is beautifully done, tasteful, and cozy. And the Montseny surroundings perfectly complement the house, making the experience even more powerful.
