Payment Policy

This Payment Policy outlines the terms under which payments are accepted and processed for bookings and services offered by Villa Santa Rosa SL (CIF: B01926245), located at Avinguda Marcos Redondo 7, 17406 Viladrau, Girona, Spain.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

All payments are securely processed via Stripe, our trusted online payment provider. We accept:

• Major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

• Apple Pay & Google Pay (if available through Stripe)

• SEPA Direct Debit (for eligible EU customers)

We do not accept cash or bank transfers for online bookings.

2. Payment Schedule

Depending on the type of service booked:

• Full Villa Rentals: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due on arrival, unless otherwise agreed.

• Events, Retreats & Workshops: 100% payment is required at the time of reservation to secure your place.

• Private Experiences (e.g., Wine Casino, Cooking Masterclass): Full payment upon booking.

Your booking is not confirmed until the applicable payment has been successfully processed.

3. Secure Transactions

All payment information is processed through Stripe’s encrypted platform. Villa Santa Rosa does not store your card details.

4. Currency

All prices are listed in Euros (€). If your card or account is in a different currency, the final amount will be converted according to your bank’s exchange rate and possible fees.

5. Invoice

You will receive an automatic receipt and payment confirmation by email. If you require a detailed invoice, please email us at info@villasantarosa.com with your full billing details.
