Whole Villa Rental
Our guest house can comfortably accommodate up to 20–22 guests. When booking the entire villa, you’ll enjoy exclusive access to:
- 11 individually styled rooms and suites
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Spacious lounges and dining areas with fireplaces
- Private park and multi-level garden
- Terrace with barbecue zone
You may also rent the outdoor area or barbecue terrace for your private event without overnight stay — perfect for gatherings, weddings, or creative sessions. Prices vary depending on group size and duration, starting from €100/hour. Each event request is handled individually.

Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll be able to select your preferred rooms within the villa.
Pricing
- Whole villa rental starts from €1000 per night
- Event space rental from €100/hour
- Final pricing may vary by season and number of guests
Booking Terms
- 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation
- Final payment is due on arrival
- For cancellations less than 14 days in advance, the deposit is non-refundable — however, you may reschedule your stay

Please note: The villa is not specifically adapted for young children under 12 years old.
Pet Policy
We welcome small pets upon request. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate large dogs.
House Rules

- No smoking indoors — smoking is allowed in designated outdoor areas
Sustainability
To help preserve nature, we practice waste sorting — your cooperation is appreciated.
Security Deposit
We require a refundable deposit of €500. It will be returned upon check-out, provided no damage is found.
